Terms of Use

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of imbrium.ai and any related pages that link to these Terms (the “Site”), operated by ImbriumAI Inc., a Delaware corporation (“ImbriumAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.

1. These Terms cover the Site, not our products

These Terms apply only to the Site. ImbriumAI’s products and services are provided only under a separate written agreement between ImbriumAI and the customer. Nothing in these Terms gives you a right to use our products, and if these Terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement controls.

2. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept them. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you’re authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

4. Information only

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. It isn’t engineering, operational, legal, or other professional advice, and it may be incomplete or out of date. Descriptions of what our products can do, and of results customers may see, are illustrative and not a guarantee of any particular outcome. Decisions about your operations remain your responsibility.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site by automated means, except for search engines indexing the Site in line with our robots.txt file;
  • use the Site or its content to develop a competing product, or to train, fine-tune, or benchmark any machine-learning model;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any related system, or probe, scan, or test its vulnerability without our written permission;
  • upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code, or interfere with or disrupt the Site;
  • copy, republish, or redistribute the Site’s content for any commercial purpose without our written permission; or
  • impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

6. Information you send us

When you submit the form or otherwise contact us, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and yours to share, and that we may reply to you at the email address you give us.

Please don’t send confidential or proprietary information, export-controlled technical data, or other people’s personal information through the Site. Unless we’ve agreed otherwise in a signed confidentiality agreement, we won’t treat information you send through the Site as confidential, though we’ll still handle any personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about the Site or our products, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and code, are owned by ImbriumAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your own informational purposes. “ImbriumAI” and our logo are our trademarks, and you may not use them without our written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Site and is part of these Terms.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices, and visiting them is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImbriumAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImbriumAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit through the Site.

14. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you’ve violated these Terms. Sections 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16 survive any termination.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you and ImbriumAI consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in a small-claims court that has jurisdiction.

Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site must be filed within one year after it arose, or it is permanently barred, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them without restriction. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and ImbriumAI about the Site.
